Key Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assist with the Strategy, Planning and Motoring the Power Back-up product sale for Retail, Trade, B2B / Corporate Sales and After-Sales Support Service.

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

  • Supervise and guide the sales team as well as motivate staff to achieve sales targets.

  • Monitor and drive the performance of the sales team, also provide support activities like submission of invoices/proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection

  • Assist in coordinating the niche business segment, providing customized solutions and growing clientele in government, corporate, industrial and rural market segments and creating a strong dealers/distributors network, deriving higher margins and ROI.

  • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.

  • Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

  • Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.

  • Ensure the SIMS Hub / store is clean, well-maintained and is adequately stocked with company products.

  • Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.


Education and Work Experience



  • Qualification to Degree level

  • A higher Degree and professional qualification

  • In-depth products and industry knowledge

  • Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles

  • 5-7 years cognate experience
