Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the Strategy, Planning and Motoring the Power Back-up product sale for Retail, Trade, B2B / Corporate Sales and After-Sales Support Service.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Supervise and guide the sales team as well as motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and drive the performance of the sales team, also provide support activities like submission of invoices/proposals / payment collection / C-Form collection
- Assist in coordinating the niche business segment, providing customized solutions and growing clientele in government, corporate, industrial and rural market segments and creating a strong dealers/distributors network, deriving higher margins and ROI.
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
- Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the SIMS Hub / store is clean, well-maintained and is adequately stocked with company products.
- Performing all duties of the Sales Manager in cases of absence or emergency.
Education and Work Experience
- Qualification to Degree level
- A higher Degree and professional qualification
- In-depth products and industry knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
- 5-7 years cognate experience
