Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement decentralized procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and requirements.

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery expectations.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

  • Utilize blockchain and smart contract technology to streamline procurement processes, enhance transparency, and mitigate risks.

  • Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and regulatory changes to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.

  • Conduct regular assessments of decentralized purchasing processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on decentralized procurement practices and tools.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to procurement activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in decentralized purchasing practices.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of decentralized technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, and blockchain platforms) is a plus.

  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPSM)
