Overview



  • We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our efforts in marketing our recycled tire products and driving business growth.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for recycled tire products, including Turtle Shell Tiles, Bone-Shaped Pavers, Rubber Rolls, and Zig-Zag Paving Stones.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients and industry partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Lead negotiations with clients, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in a timely manner while maximizing profitability and minimizing risk.

  • Keep abreast of industry regulations, certifications, and standards related to sustainable construction practices and ensure compliance in all sales activities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and build brand visibility.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and processes, with a particular focus on recycled tire products.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
