We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager to lead our efforts in marketing our recycled tire products and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share for recycled tire products, including Turtle Shell Tiles, Bone-Shaped Pavers, Rubber Rolls, and Zig-Zag Paving Stones.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients and industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead negotiations with clients, prepare and present proposals, and close deals in a timely manner while maximizing profitability and minimizing risk.
Keep abreast of industry regulations, certifications, and standards related to sustainable construction practices and ensure compliance in all sales activities.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and build brand visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and processes, with a particular focus on recycled tire products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
