Responsibilities



  • Act as the point of contact among managers, employees, clients and other external partners

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner

  • Manage MDs’ calendars and set up meetings

  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports

  • Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

  • Collate reports on slides and report business figures.

  • Sit in for Management meetings and prepare reports on matters discussed.


Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement, and manage legal policies, procedures, and documents.

  • Research and analyze legal issues and advise management on the legal implications of their decisions.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management on all legal issues.

  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution matters.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and hearings.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external legal counsel and other legal advisors.

  • Oversee regulatory and compliance matters.

  • Develop and manage the legal department budget.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 - 5 years work experience.
