What You'll Do



  • Develop and bake innovative recipes using cassava flour, starch, and other cassava products.

  • Research and adapt traditional recipes to optimize flavor and texture while using cassava as the primary ingredient.

  • Experiment with different flavors and ingredients to create exciting new

  • cassava-based treats.

  • Bake high-quality products consistently, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.

  • Document and refine recipes, ensuring accuracy and clarity for future use.

  • Collaborate with the culinary team to brainstorm new ideas and perfect existing recipes.


What You'll Bring



  • Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience, preferably with experience working with alternative flours.

  • Strong understanding of baking principles, including dough formation,

  • temperature control, and equipment usage.

  • Proven ability to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.

  • Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors, particularly cassava-based products.
