What You'll Do
Develop and bake innovative recipes using cassava flour, starch, and other cassava products.
Research and adapt traditional recipes to optimize flavor and texture while using cassava as the primary ingredient.
Experiment with different flavors and ingredients to create exciting new
cassava-based treats.
Bake high-quality products consistently, maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
Document and refine recipes, ensuring accuracy and clarity for future use.
Collaborate with the culinary team to brainstorm new ideas and perfect existing recipes.
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 2 years of professional baking experience, preferably with experience working with alternative flours.
Strong understanding of baking principles, including dough formation,
temperature control, and equipment usage.
Proven ability to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
Passion for exploring new ingredients and flavors, particularly cassava-based products.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following food safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing effectively to a collaborative environment.
