Job Description: We urgently need an experienced Student Recruitment And Admission Specialist, someone who can effectively manage student recruitments to schools abroad, all their admission process and also assist in Visa processes.

The ideal candidate must be conversant with international and immigration laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  Manage students’ international applications, including delegated decision making

  
  


• 
  

  Assist clients with their admissions and visa process to schools abroad

  
  


• 
  

  Market to prospective students to ensure the optimisation of marketing efforts

  
  


• 
  

  Provide expert, clear, and detailed guidance on admissions processes to applicants, and enquirers, offering excellent customer service

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure 100% visa compliance and success rate in line with stipulated immigration laws

  
  


• 
  

  Issue retainers and ensure the appropriate follow up of clients

  
  


• 
  

  Keep a detailed and accurate database of clients

  
  


• 
  

  Be able to work and handle the entire process from counseling, follow up, application to visa application, with little to no supervision

  
  


• 
  

  Can make appropriate decisions and manage a small team

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence

  
  


• 
  

  Organize and attend open days, presentations, and exhibitions in Nigeria and overseas

  
  


• 
  

  Assist and advise in the development of new opportunities for our client within Africa

  
  


• 
  

  Any other duties to be assigned at the senior management’s discretion

  
  

Job Requirements:

• 
  

  HND/BSc. Qualification in International Relations and Personnel Management studies or other relevant courses

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar position as Student Recruiter And foreign Admission Specialist.

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of student recruitments, visa applications and  processing, international school admission processes etc..

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of international laws and regulations guiding migrations 

  
  


• 
  

  Good presentation and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent management and interpersonal relationship skills.
