Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of our mutual fund and insurance products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth execution, compliance, and optimization of product features to drive user engagement and retention

Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily operations and management of mutual fund and insurance products, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package and promote mutual fund and insurance products, driving user engagement and retention.


• Maintain relationships with cooperation institutions to stay informed of industry laws, regulations, and policies.


• Prepare regular reports for mutual fund and insurance products, coordinating with stakeholders on compliance, finance, and other matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in finance or related fields.


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mutual fund, insurance, or related field.


• Strong understanding of the mutual fund and insurance industry, including market trends and user behaviors.


• Exceptional team communication and collaboration skills, with a dedication to learning and research.


• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities, leveraging data analysis for informed judgments.
