Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies for expansion projects.

  • Cultivate relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.

  • Prepare robust financial models and projections to drive investment decisions.

  • Conduct comprehensive market and financial analyses for strategic financial planning.

  • Oversee mergers and acquisitions processes, where applicable.

  • Implement financial policies optimizing performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA, or similar are highly advantageous.

  • Minimum of 5 years of finance experience, with a focus on fundraising and financial analysis.

  • Proven track record in raising funds, managing investor relations, and financial planning.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and fundraising mechanisms.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills.

  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
