Conducting research and preparing reports, presentations, and documents for the Group CEO.
Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including drafting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior executives, regulators, clients, partners, and vendors.
Assisting in project management tasks, including tracking project progress, monitoring timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to provide relevant information and insights to the Group CEO.
Supporting the Group CEO in special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning processes.
Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office.
Providing high-level administrative support to the Group CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Managing communication on behalf of the Group CEO, including responding to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Qualifications
Education: Candidates should possess minimum of post-graduate Degrees or professional certifications in a relevant field such as Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role providing executive-level support, preferably within the financial services industry, can be beneficial. Experience in project management, digitisation, research, or administrative support roles is also valuable.
Technical:
Skills: Proficiency in using office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools for data analysis, research, and communication.
Familiarity with project management software may also be advantageous.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with stakeholders, drafting reports, and preparing presentations.
