Job Summary

• As a Business Development Analyst, your responsibility is to identify profitable business opportunities, explore, and secure sound business partnerships and strategic deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Involved in the Development of the Business strategy focusedonfinancialgain, customer acquisition, satisfaction, and retention.


• Coordinate marketing initiatives to expand Customer Base, maintain Customer Loyalty, and enhance brand recognition.


• Ensures self-development with relevant training and development support to increase Market Knowledge, Product/Service requirements, service standards, and boost the company’s profitability.


• Develops an intuitive understanding of existing and target consumer attitudes, behaviors, and trends, using various sources such as market research, trends analysis, observation, etc., and leverages understanding to drive business growth.


• Liaises and participates with legal personnel to prepare necessary contracts for customers, partners, and service providers.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Marketing, Economics, Finance or Engineering related discipline


• Minimum of 10 years proven experience with 8 years in sales or business development role.


• Membership of a relevant Professional Body is desirable.
