As an Operations Analyst, Your responsibility is to identify and participate in initiatives aimed at solving key operational problems within the organization and its subsidiaries.
Job Responsibilities
Planning and organizing business administrative activities
Develop and oversee daily operations and processes
Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
Ensure all business service papers are available
Support the business to document relevant information for internal and external use
Assist teams in analyzing and maintaining operational data
Ensure compliance with best business practices and quality standards
Contribute to innovation of new products through product/service operations process development
Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Business Administration or Social Sciences or related field
Minimum of 7 years cognate experience with Customer Support Experience
IT professional certifications
Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification is desirable.
