Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they achieve their targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth, increase market share, and meet revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, enabling the team to develop tailored solutions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to enhance the overall sales process and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry developments, attend networking events, and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualification in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Management, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate and construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the real estate and construction industry.
- Relevant educational certification in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
