Job Roles and Responsibilities



  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand our customer base.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand customer needs and preferences.

  • Present, promote, and sell our real estate properties and investment opportunities to prospective buyers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our properties, including pricing, availability, features, and financing options.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.


Requirements



  • B.Sc, HND or OND in relevant field

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the real estate or related industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge of the real estate market, property sales process, and financing options.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills to successfully secure sales deals.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
