Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales and repair process.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Assist customers in selecting the rightproducts based on their requirements.

  • Provide information about product features, specifications, and pricing.

  • Coordinate and schedulerepair services, ensuring efficient and timely completion.

  • Keep customers informed about the repair process, estimated timelines, and any potential delays.

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the repair team to ensure smooth communication.

  • Conduct follow-up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service concerns.

  • Implement and manage customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights on customer satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or mobile device industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of iPhone products and features.

  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools.

  • Sales experience is a plus.
