DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Work with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of client mandates, payments, and other transactions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses.

  • Coordinate with operations teams and other departments to

  • Follow up on client engagement to ascertain client pain points, challenges, and feedback.

  • Prepare and distribute client reports, statements, and other relevant documentation.

  • Onboarding of new clients interested in opening investment accounts including account setup and KYC.

  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to address client needs and concerns.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within client service and operations functions.

  • Ensure investment proof is promptly received, processed by the operations team, and provided to clients on time.

  • Oversee management of acquisition processing: account opening, client document filing, etc.

  • Maintain and update client records.

  • Ensure proactive resolution of client complaints and maintenance of complaint records.


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING



  • Minimum of three (1-3) years of client service experience preferably in the financial services industry

  • First degree in a related field

  • Previous experience in client service, operations, or a related role within the asset management industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with investment products, financial markets

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to work well in a team and on their initiative.

  • Good networking skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
