Position Overview:



  • As the Sales Manager for Luxury Brands, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong relationships with our elite clientele. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managerial roles, with a focus on luxury brands, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share for our luxury products.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's exclusivity.

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.

  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and insights to senior management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a luxury brand setting.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the luxury sector.
