Job Details

• Manage and optimize production schedules to meet demand while minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.


• Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and uphold quality standards.


• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in manufacturing processes.


• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to resolve production issues and ensure smooth workflow.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among production staff.


• Oversee inventory management and procurement of raw materials to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize production disruptions.


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline processes.


• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, including key metrics and KPIs, to senior management

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.


•  Masters/MBA is an added advantage.


• At least 6 years of experience working in manufacturing, with experience in beverage production considered an added advantage with proven experience in production management.


• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.


• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
