Responsibilities

Solution Development:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.


• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective and user-friendly applications.

Integration:

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other business applications, data sources, and external systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

Customization and Configuration:

• Customize and configure Power Apps to meet the specific needs of the organization, including creating and modifying data entities, forms, and workflows.

Automation:

• Implement workflow automation using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.


• Identify and prioritize processes for automation based on feasibility, complexity, and business impact.


• Create and maintain detailed documentation of automated processes.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Develop interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights to business users and management.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and end-users, to ensure the successful implementation of Power Platform solutions.

Training and Documentation:

• Provide training sessions for end-users and create comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.


• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform and integration capabilities.


• Proficient in Power Query, DAX, and other relevant technologies.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
