Key Responsibilities



  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

  • Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.

  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement business development strategies.

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.

  • Set strategies and objectives for lead generation.

  • Source new leads and develop a network of key stakeholders.

  • Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches, and prepare presentations.

  • Work closely with the business owners on a business growth strategy and then devise an action plan with goals and objectives.

  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients.


Requirements



  • B.Sc in Marketing or its equivalent.

  • At least 5 years experience in marketing.

  • Experience in both the Project Management and Business Development side of running a business.

  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads

  • Has a clientele base and maintains existing relationships with them.

  • Has good salesmanship skills.

  • Has experience as a Client service, Account Management, Business Development Executive, or equivalent in the marketing and advertising industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients

  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task

  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Well-spoken and articulate

  • Must have experience working in a Marketing and Communications Agency.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince.

  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

  • This role is a fully remote job and is based on commission (very competitive commission)
