Role Overview
- Our client is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Officer, that will be responsible for managing interaction with customers, and ensuring the overall efficiency of production with respect to their expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Respond to customer inquiries and schedule appointments for consultations with the Creative Director.
- Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
- Promptly raise caution when issues relating to pre or post-sales are identified to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Review and analyze customer feedback and create strategies to meet their needs and facilitate improvement on services.
- Assist with consultations to identify customer’s needs and outfit specifications.
- Work closely with the designer during fitting sessions and confirm that outfits meet the customer’s specifications.
- Perform all other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Sales or any other related field.
- 2 years experience in customer experience, sales/experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office package.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
