Job Description
Mission
- You will be responsible for managing product enquiries, clarifying requirements, assigning professionals, monitoring and reviewing the quality of deliverables by referring to operational guidelines.
Position Description
- Communicate regularly with clients looking to explore our technical services.
- Develop plans that are necessary to start any request.
- Receive and simultaneously manage multiple technical requests.
- Proactively communicate the status of each product and requirements to clients.
- Identifying available technical talent internally to be assigned to projects.
- Communicate requirements and expectations to assigned technical talent.
- Performing reviews and QA on product/ project delivered by assigned professionals.
- Log and update order metrics and progress.
- Communicate blockers that prevent orders from being fulfilled on time.
- Reference operational guidelines established by the product team.
Qualifications & Skill Sets
- Preferred Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years of prior experience managing projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good knowledge of tools like Google suite and Slack.
- Excellent time management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in either Digital Marketing, Content Writing or Graphics Design would be a plus.
- Prior Experience with Fiverr would be a plus.
