Job Summary

• Conduct property inspections to assess condition, features, and value


• Analyze market trends and property sales data to determine valuation


• Prepare detailed valuation reports for residential and commercial properties


• Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties based on valuation


• Collaborate with real estate agents, investors, and lenders to gather relevant information


• Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations


• Provide professional advice on property investments and real estate transactions


• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt responses

Requirements

• 8-10 years experience as an estate surveyor.


• Must be personable, confident and able to manage multiple projects.
