Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals.


• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.


• Manage and support computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.


• Offer technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software-related problems.


• Collaborate with vendors for hardware warranty support and replacements.


• Conduct regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.


• Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.


• Stay informed about the latest technology trends and updates.


• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software.


• Participate in IT project planning, implementation, and management as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant certifications or degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field


• Proven experience in hardware and software repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance.


• Proficiency in installing and configuring operating systems and software applications.


• Knowledge of computer networking, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.


• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users.


• Availability for night shifts and weekends.
