Core Deliverables

• Work closely with the branch leaders in identifying learning needs.


• Assess training effectiveness through training quizzes and feedback mechanisms.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.


• Collaborate closely with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure that the sales team gets the resources and support it needs.


• Serve as in-house consultant on learning and capability development issues.


• Provide feedback and recommendation to the branch leadership on challenges identified during field visits.


• Report insightful analysis to the company by best utilizing available data and information on sales activities.
