Job Summary



  • The Assistant Human Resource Manager is to support HR team and Production team for the smooth running of the organization without chaos. The Assistant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for all HR operations, implementing Management policies in line with global practice.

  • Support production team in food safety compliance, GMP and other labour-related matters.


Key Responsibilities



  • Strategies Planning: Coordinating, Organising, Planning the entire HR/Admin processes, HR Handbook review, policies and procedure implementation and reporting/feedback to management for decision making and management advise.

  • Statutory: Interfacing with Federal and State Government Agencies and resolving statuary payments- NSITF, ITF PAYE, Pension, State Waste Mgt Authority, Labour Industrial Issues,

  • HSE/Security: Implementation of Safety policies, coordinating with Internal Security team for effective security management for the safety of lives and properties

  • Employee Welfare Management: design and implementation of employee welfare, incentive plans, staff performance recognition

  • Employee records: document and file all employee document and file checklist

  • Recruitment: Implementation of recruitment processes, interviews, appraisal management, job analysis and job decryptions, KPI settings and job retention plans.

  • Training and Development: train all employees on organizational behaviours, policies and procedures to guarantee that understanding is affirmed and resources are not underutilized.


Requirements



  • Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or other related field with 5 years of work experience

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist and expertise in MIS and month-end HR MIS report analysis

  • Proficiency in using HRIS and ERP Systems (e.g. Orion)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Familiarity with Labour law standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills.

  • CIPM/CIHRM certification and Manufacturing/Food Production Industry is a plus
