Role Description



  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lagos.

  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and creating and executing sales strategies.

  • The Business Development Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure continued growth and success of the business.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills

  • Experience in the renewable energy industry or related fields is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
