Role Overview:

• The dispatch rider will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery and collection of official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items as required.


• You will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made promptly and safely, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to designated locations.


• Adhere to traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies.


• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries.


• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and stakeholders.


• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.


• Conduct routine inspections of company motorcycles.


• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency.


• Be adaptable to changing delivery requirements and priorities.


• Handle and secure items properly during transit to prevent damage or loss.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.


• Valid driver's license.


• Must reside around Yaba, Lagos.


• Excellent knowledge of local routes.


• Minimum of O level or equivalent qualification.


• Ability to use Google Maps.


• Ability to use a smartphone.


• Ability to meet deadlines.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Attention to detail and a focus on safety.
