Job Summary

Are you a proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting experiences? We are actively seeking a talented Transmission and Broadcast Executive to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our broadcast channels and ensuring a seamless transmission process, even during night shifts and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day transmission operations, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted broadcasting.


• Monitor transmission schedules to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of content.


• Utilize IT skills to troubleshoot and address technical issues efficiently.


• Collaborate with production teams to optimize scheduling for smooth transitions between programs.


• Manage and maintain broadcast equipment, promptly addressing any technical issues to minimize disruptions.


• Actively engage in putting on the generator when needed to ensure uninterrupted power supply.


• Devise and implement strategies to ensure channels remain operational and do not go off-air.


•  Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration with production, engineering, and content creation departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.


• Proactiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure.


• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and workflows.


• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.


• IT skills, including proficiency in computer hardware and software repair.


• Availability for night shifts and weekends.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
