We are seeking a Marketing Leader who will be responsible for leading the marketing and digital efforts for Mano Nigeria in the achievement of its goals.
He/she will be responsible for the development and implementation of Mano’s marketing & digital strategy and plan in Nigeria, marketing our products via our app successfully to ensuring the continued growth and retention of our customers.

Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the development and delivery of Mano’s marketing strategy and plan
Plan and implement a strategic, overall marketing program for all Mano stores in Nigeria
Plan and effectively execute an integrated program to enhance sales on the Mano App and generate positive results for the overall success of our business.
Plan and implement targeted consumer initiatives with both traditional media and multichannel digital platforms including shopper incentive programs, social media, and email marketing.
Plan and implement special marketing events including launches, closed forum sessions, customer initiatives events etc.
Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain each Mano store in a favorable light, create promote special events for awareness, and increases exposure of our app, build relationships with key media, and enhance the overall perception of Mano Nigeria.
Coordinate a community relations program that makes Mano an integral part of the Nigerian online business community.
Position Mano as the one-stop grocery app in Nigeria.
Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value, product success and community engagement.
Provide a detailed performance report during weekly management meetings.
Requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc in Marketing or relevant field
Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry or a fast-paced industry
Experience running successful marketing campaigns
Experience managing agencies
Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
Strong digital experience across multiple channels and proficiency in budget creation and management is essential.
Experience with CRM software
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
