Job Description

• Monitor Project scope, time, quality, and budget as part of the end-to-end project management process.


• Drafting project plans, including a work plan as well as a scope and


• approach document.


• Ensure necessary policies and procedures are followed before mobilizing subcontractors to the site.


• Overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, and risk management.


• Managing relationships with key stakeholders.


• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.


• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.


• Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.


• Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or master's degree in Civil Engineering or in the construction field.


• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or postgraduate degree.


• Minimum of 12 years experience in project management.


• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.


• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.


• Experience as a construction project manager and knowledge of project management tools.


• Able to complete projects promptly.


• Experience overseeing a construction project.


• Budget management experience.
