Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute architectural projects while meeting design standards and client requirements.


• Oversee projects from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges.


• Consistently pursue high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.


• Create and present design proposals based on client needs.


• Conduct meetings with clients to identify and comprehend project requirements, providing advisory services and generating innovative ideas.


• Produce detailed blueprints, making necessary corrections and modifications.


• Conduct regular on-site visits to ensure project success, quality control, and compliance.


• Communicate project specifications clearly within the team.


• Effectively manage project budgets for resource allocation and cost control.


• Ensure work aligns with architectural standards and industry best practices.


• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and best practices in architecture.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of a first degree in Architecture or a related field


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in practice


• Excellent Technical Drawing skills


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.


• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.


• Good knowledge of building codes and regulatory standard
