Job Description

• Review of tender and proposal requirements


• Proven experience in winning contracts, delivering within agreed time scales and providing on-going support


• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation


• Contribution in cost and price calculations


• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines


• Ensure timely delivery of bids


• Arrange all post bid reviews


• Coordination of vendor registration process


• Compilation of submitted bids in soft and hard copy


• Provide guidance and support in complex contract negotiations and dispute resolution


• Support the Project Management function

Requirements

• HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering


• 5-10 years of experience


• Knowledge of computer software’s and reporting tools, email, and MS office


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
