Position Summary



  • We are looking for a Legal assistant who will be in charge of attending to alllegal duties as assigned by the head of the department.


Job Description



  • Assist in Dealing with legal correspondence; collate information needed for company secretariat function and produce Executive Management Reports as required.

  • Assist in Timely Drafting and execution of legal documentation such as land agreements, deeds of assignments, and contracts of engagement.

  • Assist in Drafting terms and conditions of the company’s estate contracts, agreements, and other documents with approval from the directors.

  • Legal duties as assigned by the legal head.


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Law is a preference

  • Should have 0-3 years of post-call to bar experience

  • Prior Experience working with real estate companies will be an added advantage.

  • Proficient in both written and oral English.

  • Specific experience in complicated commercial contracts and construction law issues is a must.

  • An appetite for and ability to learn new skills, as well as the willingness to follow through on tasks quickly.

  • Sense of responsibility; self-motivated; hands-on; good in communication; willing to learn, share and develop.

  • High ethical standards and result-focused

  • Must be highly collaborative, with a curious mindset and a "can do" approach, as well as an excellent team member/player.

  • Ability to effectively issue-spot and process large amounts of information speedily and systematically.

  • Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and demeanor.

  • Previous experience working with authorities on legal issues would be preferred.

  • Previous experience in data audit would be preferred.
