Job Summary

• Deliver consistent high-quality care and service on all items/garments brought for cleaning with the requisite knowledge of fabrics and the dry-cleaning process that ensures only excellently finished product is passed out to customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to customer Dry cleaning/laundry needs


• Interact with customers when they bring in their items to be cleaned


• Take customer’s complaints and seek for proactive ways to resolve their concerns


• Receive customer article or clothing or other goods to be cleaned, sorting, checking and booking such on the system


• Advice customers on the best possible cleaning process for their garments/other articles and answer any questions they may have in relation to their cleaning needs


• Handle financial transactions with customers such as preparing bills (tickets and receipts), daily account balancing, etc.

Qualifications and Experience

• MUST have a minimum of OND / NCE or its equivalent in a relevant field of study. B.Sc / HND holders can also apply


• 1 - 2 years experience in a related role, Commercial Dry-cleaning experience is an added advantage


• Candidates should be resident on the island and live close to the work location: Lekki Phase 1.

Other Required Competencies:

• Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office applications.


• Excellent communication/presentation skills


• Fluency in English Language is compulsory.


• Confidence and character.
