Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales for the profitability of the branch
Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
Assists the team in identifying properties for listing, evaluating properties, and setting appropriate prices for the sale or rental as appropriate.
Sale and lease of properties in the company's portfolio whilst securing new property sales and lease briefs for the business.
Keeps informed with the latest trends and demands in the real estate market as well on the latest information regarding property tax, financing, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
First Degree in Estate Management
Chartered Membership of NIES, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS
10-12 years of real estate sales proven experience
Very strong sales negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex transactions Excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including property values, trends, and client expectations.
