  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to identify, develop and secure new outsourcing opportunities for our company.

  • In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential client companies, understanding their needs, and positioning our outsourcing services as the ideal solution.


Key Responsibilities



  • Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential client companies that could benefit from outsourcing various business functions to our organization.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging existing client relationships.

  • Proposal Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of our outsourcing services and address the specific needs of prospective clients.

  • Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers at target companies, deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate favourable terms, and ultimately secure new outsourcing contracts.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for service expansion or additional projects.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation from new client acquisitions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the outsourcing industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with potential clients.
