Description



  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to identify, develop and secure new outsourcing opportunities for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for researching potential client companies, understanding their needs, and positioning our outsourcing services as the ideal solution.


Key Responsibilities



  • Market Research: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential client companies that could benefit from outsourcing various business functions to our organization.

  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies, including networking events, cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging existing client relationships.

  • Proposal Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of our outsourcing services and address the specific needs of prospective clients.

  • Client Acquisition: Engage with decision-makers at target companies, deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate favorable terms, and ultimately secure new outsourcing contracts.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and identifying opportunities for service expansion or additional projects.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generation from new client acquisitions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the outsourcing industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with potential clients.

  • You have a track record of success in identifying and securing profitable outsourcing opportunities, along with outstanding interpersonal and business acumen,
