Job Responsibilities

• Planning and execution of audit, taxation and consulting engagements across the Firm’s portfolio of Clients;


• Project management of all aspects of Clients engagement, including developing work plans, agreeing timelines, team briefing, supervision and delivery;


• Identifying, researching and helping to resolve complex engagement issues;


• Building relationships with the Client staff and acting as an ambassador of the Firm;


• Reporting to the Partners on all salient points arising from Client engagements;


• Preparation of deferred tax computation.


• Prepare and file tax returns (CIT, VAT, CGT, PIT, PPT, WHT, Pension, ITF, NSITF etc.) along with computations and supporting documents.


• Respond to queries from taxation and regulatory compliance authorities


• including SEC, FIRS and State Internal Revenue Services.


• Manage all tax and audit matters for clients.


• Attend to other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Accounting, Economics or related field


• Minimum of 4 years experience in Consulting


• Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant


• Candidate must possess excellent communication skills


• Hands on knowledge of Accounting Software; Caseware, Sage, etc.


• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Salary: 250 - 350k (Negotiable)
