Responsibilities

• Devise and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that position the company as a leader in the real estate market and drive brand awareness and engagement.


• Collaborate closely with the sales team, design, and content teams to align sales and marketing efforts and ensure consistent messaging.


• Optimize lead nurturing processes to move prospects through the sales funnel, focusing on conversion and retention strategies.


• Provide regular reports to senior management, outlining key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles with proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies preferably within the real estate industry.


• Strong Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends, competition, and client needs.


• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
