Description



  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.

  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.

  • Conduct performance reviews and implement effective performance management strategies.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.

  • Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and relevant labor laws.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-5years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and regulations.

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software systems.

  • Preferred Gender: Female
