  • As a Telesales Representative at Figorr, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Figorr's cold chain solutions and services

  • Generate sales leads and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

  • Achieve sales targets and objectives

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the sales and marketing teams


Requirements



  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
