Role Description



  • This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR/Admin Officer in Abuja.

  • The Senior HR/Admin Officer will manage HR policies, maintain positive employee relations, and ensure compliance with labour and employment laws.


Other key tasks include



  • HR management and supporting the company's HR functions

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

  • Maintain and update company databases

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

  • Answer queries by employees

  • Assist in Payroll Management

  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments

  • Schedule virtual meetings

  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. Vouchers, and packages)


Qualifications



  • Strong knowledge of HR management, HR policies, and human resources

  • Extensive experience in employee relations and familiar with labor and employment laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgments and decisions

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline

  • Professional certification in HR is preferred
