Job Summary:



  • We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our growth and expansion efforts.


Responsibilities:



  • Analyzing financial data and developing effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits.

  • Building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients.

  • Collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives and achieve set goals.

  • Evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

  • Analysing customer feedback data to measure customer satisfaction with company products and services.

  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.

  • Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals.

  • Preparation of periodic reports updating management on key activities and initiatives in the business.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients and partners.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.

  • Other duties, as requested or directed by the Chief Growth Office.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably in the corporate banking or technology sales sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of the fintech business industry and current market trends.
