Role Summary
- Husk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join the growing team in Nigeria.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the electronics sector.
- This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our range of electronics products to business clients.
Key Responsibilities
General
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the Electronics retail market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and their benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure targeted marketing strategies and product offerings align with customer needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with the after-sales support team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Attributes
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to travel as needed.
