Role Summary



  • Husk is seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B Sales Executive to join the growing team in Nigeria.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with specific experience in the electronics sector.

  • This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by selling our range of electronics products to business clients.


Key Responsibilities


General



  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities in the Electronics retail market.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing superior customer service and support.

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.

  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients to showcase our products and their benefits.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring clients' satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure targeted marketing strategies and product offerings align with customer needs.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date with market trends.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.

  • Work closely with the after-sales support team to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise.


Qualifications

Required Skills & Attributes



  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience, preferably in the electronics industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
