Job Description

• A leading pharmaceutical company is looking to hire competent Medical Sales Representatives in the Pharmaceutical Industry.


• Ensuring the regional sales and non-sales objectives of the company are achieved and surpassed.


• Achieving the volume and margin growth for the region within the period (quarter).


• Supervise, lead and manage the sales team members to achieve their objectives.


• Develop and manage channel members to ensure effective distribution and extensive availability of company products.


• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.


• The incumbent will be responsible for detailing to doctors, pharmacists etc. to support sales.

Requirements

• BSc in Sciences / Pharmacy


• A minimum of 3 years Experience of a Medical Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical Industry with KPI


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
