A Fintech company is recruiting a smart and result oriented Sales Executive.
Responsibilities
- promote and sell payment products/services to existing and prospective customers via direct field sales and phone/ remote sales
- Explore and develop new markets and new relationships to expand the coverage of the product in the market.
- Develop sales plans and strategies to develop and enter new markets
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, develop sales strategies, track sales, and status reports
- Answer prospective merchant queries and help them identify the best solution for their business needs
- Onboard and train new merchants
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative, especially in retail or POS sales or selling to SMBs
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office suite
- Excellent in-person selling, negotiation, and human relationship skills
- Self-motivated person who can work without supervision
- Ability to solve problems creatively, resilience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (skills in major Nigerian languages a plus)
