A Fintech company is recruiting a smart and result oriented Sales Executive.


Responsibilities



  •  promote and sell payment products/services to existing and prospective customers via direct field sales and phone/ remote sales

  • Explore and develop new markets and new relationships to expand the coverage of the product in the market.

  • Develop sales plans and strategies to develop and enter new markets

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, develop sales strategies, track sales, and status reports

  • Answer prospective merchant queries and help them identify the best solution for their business needs

  • Onboard and train new merchants

  • Continuously improve through feedback


Requirements



  • 3+ years of work experience as a Sales Representative, especially in retail or POS sales or selling to SMBs

  • Familiar with CRM software and MS Office suite

  • Excellent in-person selling, negotiation, and human relationship skills

  • Self-motivated person who can work without supervision

  • Ability to solve problems creatively, resilience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language (skills in major Nigerian languages a plus)

  • . Banking or Fintech experience required.
