Job description:

we are looking for a security manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to join our team to:

• Oversee the security operations of our organization.


• Monitor premises and identify potential security risk.


• Develop security strategies, implement security procedures and supervise security officers.


• Oversee operations such as surveillance system, access control, and emergency response protocols.


• Manage security personal, including hiring, training and performance evaluations.


• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other external partners during security incidents or investigation.


• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Male.


• Bachelor degree holder.


• Has 5 years of experience in security management, prefarably in a supervisory role.


• Strong knowledge of security technologies, including cctv.


• Vast with extensive knowledge of surveillance techniques and experience.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
