Responsibilities

• The Managing Director will be responsible for the performance and day-to-day management of the Company in accordance with the vision and stated objective as approved by the Company's Board of Directors.


• The responsibilities include the development and implementation of the annual business plan, including the development and implementation of the long-term growth plan of the company.


• The Managing Director will also be responsible for organizing and ensuring appropriate management structure, including adequate risk and control systems and procedures, appropriate for the portfolios under management.


• The Managing Director shall advise the Members of the Board of the company on the strategy and issues concerning investment management/asset acquisition and will be expected to provide them with well-founded and documented advice on the company's overall investment strategy and other aspects of investment management.


• Define and achieve AUM targets and establish parameters for the measurement of performance and reporting to the board.


• Lead the organization to maximize cash flows, optimizing capital allocation and financial performance while delivering maximum shareholder value.


• Ensure that the leadership team collectively implements and achieves strategic goals and annual business plans, budgets, and costs.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of seven (7) Years of work experience with four (4) of those in a managerial position.


• Minimum of MSc or MBA in Finance, Accounting, Economics.


• CFA, ACA, or CFA is an added advantage.


• Being a Securities and Exchange Exchange-sponsored individual is an added advantage.
