Role Summary:


As a Product Manager at our client's pharmaceutical company, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical products throughout their lifecycle, from development and launch to commercialization and optimization. You will play a key role in driving product strategy, market development, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement product strategies and marketing plans to drive growth and market share for assigned pharmaceutical products.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and translate insights into actionable strategies and tactics.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Sales, to develop and execute product development plans, including lifecycle management initiatives, new product launches, and product enhancements.

  • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and sales targets, monitoring performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product awareness, adoption, and sales, utilizing a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels.

  • Provide training and support to sales teams, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders on product features, benefits, and differentiation.

  • Monitor and analyze market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges, and develop strategies to address them.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management processes.

  • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing product strategies and marketing plans to drive business results.

  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.

  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
