Job Summary

• You are Pre-clearing officer and therefore responsible for the end-to-end cargo handling for all assigned customers.


• You will support the Operations Manager and synchronize all your activities with other units / departments in discharging your functions.

Academic Qualification

• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any Social Sciences or related field. A Degree in Logistics, and Certifications from the Institute of Freight Forwarders of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport will be an added advantage.


• Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Apt attention to details


• Excellent written and oral communication skills.


• Teamwork, and problem-solving capability.


• Creativity and multi-tasking.


• Customercentricity and ability to work under pressure.


• Sound knowledge of customs procedures (NICIS II / Single Window / HS Code)


• Basic knowledge of Incoterms


• Understand the workings of Terminal Operators and Shipping lines.

• Work environment: This role is mostly active within the official working hours of 08:00 to 17:00hours.
